Here is a listing of some commonly asked questions:

1. Q: How much does the service cost?

A: Since the work scope varies from home to home, we need to find out information from you to give you a better idea on cost. Information that we would need is number of bedrooms, 1-story or 2-story, any pets, and overall size of home.

2. Q: Who will be cleaning my home?

A: A regularly assigned housekeeper will clean your home. We are licensed and bonded and can provide referrals upon request.

3. Q: What time will Lily's Professional Cleaning be at my home?

A: Due to the nature of our work, it is difficutl to give a specific time we will arrive. Sometimes a cleaning job may take longer than expected, which could delay our arrival time to the following location. Our normal operating hours are between 8:00am and 5:00pm. If you have a special request, however, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

4. Q: What do I have to do before the cleaning?

A: We want to make your life a little easier, but first, we need guidance from you. We ask that you inform us of certain things such as location of main dumpsters, or HOA policies, etc. Also, if there are specific instructions you want us to follow, please let us know beforehand. For example, if you have work in your home office and would rather that we do not clean that room, just let us know so we can comply.

5. Q: Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

A: This is your choice. Lily's Professional Cleaning will bring all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies needed; however, if you own specific cleaning products or supplies, we will be glad to use those instead.

6. Q: Do I need to be home when lily’s professional cleaning comes?

A: Most of our clients are not home when we clean. Only the housekeeper(s) who will be cleaning your home will have access to your home. If you choose not to provide a key, you will need to make arrangements to unlock the house upon our arrival.

7. Q: What about my pets?

A: Your pets are greatly valued and we take care to make sure they remain safe while we clean. You do not have to make special arrangements for your pets, but we may for example, close off an area while we mop or vacuum to make sure they are not startled or get hurt.

8. Q: Do you only clean houses?

A: No. We clean single family homes as well as condominiums, townhouses or apartments. In addition, we also provide cleaning services for office or administrative buildings.
